With a dual background in both finance and real estate, I bring a unique perspective to commercial property advisory. Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), I developed a solid foundation in financial analysis, tax structuring, and compliance before transitioning into the real estate sector. This combination of expertise allows me to provide clients not only with property insights but also with a deeper understanding of the financial and tax implications of their investments. Over the years, I have built extensive experience in sales, leasing, and investment across Dubai’s commercial real estate market, with a particular focus on Business Bay and prime freehold districts. My knowledge of RERA regulations, rental indices, and market trends enables me to deliver accurate, timely advice tailored to both investors and occupiers. Having successfully managed transactions involving office towers, mixed-use buildings, and retail assets, I am well-versed in structuring deals that maximize both returns and long-term value. My core skills include negotiation, financial modelling, and strategic advisory. The analytical discipline gained from my accounting career complements my ability to assess property performance, identify risks, and structure transactions with precision. At the same time, I pride myself on strong communication and relationship-building, ensuring that all parties feel supported and fully informed throughout the process. What sets me apart is my motivation to create outcomes that extend beyond closing a transaction. I am driven by a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. Whether it is securing premium tenants, maximising yields, or exiting investments at the right time. My personality blends determination, integrity, and approachability, enabling me to foster lasting partnerships while consistently striving for excellence.
