We evaluate companies on 50+ data points including performance, reviews, coverage, pricing, transparency, and service quality. Every company is scored out of 100 using the same public methodology.
Google rating, review volume, years on market, web presence; verified Airbnb metrics for holiday-home operators; KHDA/DHA/CAA ratings where applicable
Owner reviews verified with masked proof (agreements, statements, title deeds)
How fast the company responds to enquiries on the platform and to public Google reviews
Transparency of fees, payout discipline, lock-in and exit terms
AI analysis of complaint patterns, review authenticity, unanswered negatives and red flags
Maximum totals: Public data 20 · Verified reviews 25 · Response speed 15 · Contract terms 25 · AI risk verdict 15 = 100 points.
Agencies use a separate score. Google stars are weighed by how many reviews sit behind them and by review authenticity. Broker closings, live listings, listing quality and the number of brokers who are actually working count as well. A block with no evidence is left out of the total.
Star rating, review count, and review authenticity as one score. A small sample cannot outrank a large one.
Performing brokers, closings, deal value, live listings, listing quality, broker ratings, and recent pace.
Proof-backed owner reviews. One review moves this block only a little.
Measured broker WhatsApp reply time and the Google owner reply rate.
Commission, dual agency, deposit handling, off-plan incentives, and how the client exits.
Reviewed complaint patterns. Unanswered 1–2 star reviews lower this block.
Google reputation 15 · Broker activity 25 · Verified reviews 15 · Response 10 · Contract checklist 20 · Risk 15 = 100 points.
We never pretend to be more precise than the data allows. Every data point on a company profile is labeled:
Confirmed with documents: agreements, statements, title deeds, or official registers.
Stated by the company but not yet independently confirmed.
