When you create an account we store your name, email, and a hashed password. When you submit reviews, claims, or proposal requests we store the information you provide. Score-alert subscriptions store your email per company. Concierge chat sessions store messages to improve continuity.
Review and claim proof files (PDF/image, up to 2MB) are stored for moderation. They are not published publicly; admins verify them before approving reviews.
We use cookies for locale preference (ts_locale), theme (ts_theme), user session (ts_user), and compare tray state in localStorage. Admin access uses a separate session cookie.
Optional integrations (OpenAI, Resend, Google Places) receive only the data required for their function when enabled by the platform operator. Contract analyzer text is processed on our servers and not retained after analysis.
