Arthur Ludlam, originally from the UK, has a background in property investment and portfolio management. He began his career managing a large housing portfolio, gaining hands-on experience in asset value, negotiations, and the importance of building client trust. This experience naturally led him into real estate, where he developed a passion for helping clients make confident, informed decisions. After moving to Dubai to pursue opportunities in its dynamic property market, Arthur specialises in villa communities, with a focus on Jumeirah Golf Estate and Emirates Hills. He provides a tailored and transparent service to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. His approach is simple: offer genuine advice, work with integrity, and always put his clients first.
