Since our founding, Gem Real Estate has been dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping our clients achieve their investment goals. For the first five years, we specialized in assisting foreign investors looking to invest in Turkey's thriving real estate market. In response to the recent slowdown in the Turkish market and growing demand from our international clients, we expanded our services by opening an official office in Dubai over the past two years. In early 2024, we also launched a premium short-term rental service, offering luxury apartments and villas in the most sought-after areas of the city. These high-end properties are perfect for both business and leisure travelers, providing exceptional accommodations with strong investment potential. Our short-term rental portfolio is renowned for delivering impressive returns and exceptional customer satisfaction, making it a standout choice for discerning clients.
