With 36 transactions and AED 1 billion in sales in 2025 alone, Jordan continues to cement his position as one of Dubai’s most dominant forces in luxury real estate. Recently voted the 3rd biggest broker in Dubai, his reputation extends far beyond the UAE, recognised internationally as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, investors, and institutions worldwide. From orchestrating bulk building acquisitions exceeding AED 300 million to sourcing exclusive holiday home apartments and ultra-prime waterfront residences, Jordan’s versatility is unmatched. His career has been defined by range, precision, and performance — seamlessly handling landmark investment deals while delivering bespoke homes for private families. What truly separates Jordan is his eye for detail and deep renovation expertise. With extensive experience in luxury refurbishments and value-add strategies, he doesn’t simply find properties — he envisions potential, engineers opportunity, and delivers outcomes. Whether it’s structuring an investment to achieve ROI levels rarely seen in the market or curating a family home that simply cannot be replicated, Jordan creates what others cannot. Over an extraordinary four-year career, Jordan has shattered records, surpassed targets, and consistently redefined what is possible in Dubai’s competitive brokerage landscape. Having sold over AED 4 billion worth of property across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, there has arguably never been a broker in the city’s history to achieve such volume within the same timeframe. Representing clients from across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, Jordan operates on a truly global stage. Relentless in his dedication, strategic in his execution, and uncompromising in his standards, he continues to raise the bar for what it means to be a luxury real estate advisor in the region.
