Before entering the real estate market in Dubai, I spent years in commercial banking, developing expertise in financial analysis, client relations, and investment strategy — skills that now give my real estate clients a strong advantage when making property decisions. Originally from Lithuania, I've completed my Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting. I am also involved in private capital markets, M&A, helping companies to get funding, and continuously expanding my network of entrepreneurs, bankers and lawyers. Today, I specialize in Dubai's off-plan real estate, advising clients on upcoming apartments, villa communities, commercial buildings with a focus on market insight, negotiations, and long-term value. Outside of work, I enjoy weight training at the gym and kickboxing, which reflects the discipline and drive I bring into both business and personal life.
