Effective communication skills with a consultative approach, strong negotiation skills and problem solving abilities help me to generate business through networking and prospecting. I assist clients in designing and managing their property search plan, personally deal with buyers/sellers/lenders, and display of properties, comparison to ensure competitive market price, legal matters and negotiations.
