My name is Liaqat Ali, although most people in Dubai know me simply as Ali. Originally from Pakistan, I have called Dubai home for more than 18 years and have been part of its dynamic real estate industry since 2010. Over the years, I have built extensive experience across freehold sales, off-plan properties and leasing, giving me a broad understanding of Dubai's ever-evolving property market. Today, my focus is predominantly on established freehold communities along Hessa Street and Al Qudra Road, with particular expertise in Damac Hills. Having worked through many different stages of Dubai's growth, I believe experience brings something beyond market knowledge. It brings perspective, patience and an understanding that every client and every property requires a considered approach. My style is calm, honest and consultative. I take the time to listen and understand what my clients genuinely need rather than simply presenting them with properties. Integrity, transparency and exceptional customer service are at the heart of the way I work, and I believe the strongest client relationships are built on trust. After more than a decade in the industry, I remain fascinated by Dubai's continued evolution and the opportunities its property market presents. For me, real estate has always been about people first and property second. Outside of real estate, you will often find me exploring museums, immersed in a good book or enjoying the arts and culture. I am particularly drawn to philosophy and enjoy anything that offers a new perspective or a different way of looking at the world.
