Born in Brazil and raised in Florida from the age of two, Pier brings an international outlook and a people focused approach to Dubai real estate. After university, he moved straight into sales and has spent his career working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through important purchasing decisions. Before entering real estate, he was recognised as a top salesman at Car Giant for three consecutive years, selling over 1,200 cars in a single year. Now specialising in off plan property, Pier takes a research led and investment minded approach. He focuses on market fundamentals, developer reputation, payment plans, location growth and long term value, ensuring clients feel informed before making a decision. Calm, approachable and never pushy, he believes the best client relationships are built on trust, clarity and honest guidance.
