His career has been built largely on off-plan, with a track record of sales across Emaar and Damac developments spanning multiple market cycles. That depth matters: having guided clients through launches, handovers and resales, he reads a project's real prospects rather than its brochure. Today his focus is independent villas, working across three of Dubai's most established addresses — District One, Meydan and Dubai Hills Estate. It's a deliberately narrow specialisation.
