Originally from Dubai and with over seven years of experience in commercial real estate, I have developed a strong understanding of Dubai’s commercial property market, specialising primarily in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), while also operating across key commercial districts including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Throughout my career, I have successfully handled a number of significant commercial transactions, representing landlords, investors, buyers and corporate occupiers across both sales and leasing. My experience ranges from individual office transactions through to full-floor acquisitions, investment sales and complex negotiations involving high-value commercial assets. JLT is my core area of specialisation. I have built an extensive network of landlords, investors, tenants and business owners within the community, alongside detailed knowledge of its commercial towers, pricing, transaction history, tenant demand and current availability. This allows me to provide clients with informed, practical advice rather than simply presenting what is publicly available on the market. My approach to commercial real estate is straightforward, professional and relationship-focused. I take the time to understand exactly what my clients are trying to achieve and provide clear advice based on current market conditions. Whether I am representing an owner, investor or occupier, my objective is to negotiate the strongest possible outcome while providing a high level of service throughout the transaction and beyond.
