AI Summary: ABYSEK HOLIDAY HOMES LLC, founded in 2026, is a new entrant in the holiday homes market with a TrustScore of 28/100, indicating significant room for improvement in various operational areas. While they boast a high Google rating of 4.8★ from 36 reviews, the lack of verified reviews and a low public score suggests potential inconsistencies in service quality. The hosts receive commendations for their hospitality and the prime location in Business Bay, but concerns about customer service and payment handling should be carefully considered. Given the current contract terms and commission structure are to be confirmed, property owners should approach with caution, ensuring clarity on these aspects before proceeding.

Frequently asked questions

How much commission do holiday home companies charge in Dubai?

Full management typically costs 15–28% of rental revenue. Below 15% usually signals outsourced cleaning or hidden fees; above 25% should come with boutique or luxury positioning.

Do I need a DTCM permit for a holiday home?

Yes — every short-stay unit in Dubai needs a DTCM holiday home permit. Ask whether the operator holds it under their license or registers it in your name, and what happens to it if you part ways.

Does a holiday home earn more than a long-term rental?

In strong short-stay areas (Marina, JBR, Downtown, JVC for value stays), net income is typically 15–30% higher after commission and fees — but with seasonality and higher wear.
