There was a leak in the queen bedroom bathroom and it took two days to be fixed and other stuff, I raised them all to the team and requested partial refund but they refused and airbnb was not helpful with this regards so felt I am on my own after I paid the full amount up front For me I am not trusting them again to get any of their listing

The water in the apartment was brown and wasnt fixed. It was dirty and we couldnt shower there for the entire stay. We had to pack our bags every morning and shower at our friends hotel. Also the lock’s battery wasnt working and we were locked out for 1 hour at 2 am.

1 The attendant did not provide us with access card for the building. We were stuck at the entrance when we returned after dinner. We were given the key card only when we asked for it the next day. 2 The kitchen stove does not function. We showed to the attendant Mr Sadiq. 3 One of the two bathrooms was out of order. The water was extremely muddy, which we found only after starting to take shower in muddy water. It was fixed on day 4. 4 Each bathroom had only one toilet roll and one soap for 5 days and kitchen had no laundry detergent. 5 We booked for 4 guests but the Medait star holidays notified Emaar of only 3 guests. We were given only 2 passes for new year evening. We were falsely told that children did not need passes. We got passes for children after arguing with Medait representative. It bordered on harrasment. The price was exorbitant due to new year eve, yet this was an apartment with no functioning kitchen, and one bathroom out of the two non functional.

My experience with this host was highly disappointing due to a lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. I initially booked a unit for my client at over 7000 dirhams, but after payment, the host informed me that it was unavailable and suggested an alternative in a different building. I accepted this change, knowing the new unit was listed 2000 dirhams cheaper and expecting a refund for the difference. However, when I inquired, the host declined and ignored my messages, even after I provided clear documentation of the price discrepancy. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch, leaving me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Despite reaching out professionally for a resolution, I received no response. I would caution others considering this host, as my experience involved poor communication and a lack of integrity. For those who value straightforward, transparent interactions, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
