Pros: Host/company who manage apartment team were very responsive. Apartment was clean and tidy and check in was pretty smooth. Drain was blocked in shower they managed to come fix that. Cons/Problems I had: washing machine broke down for the whole week. It was taken to be fixed and didn’t return. They did do the laundry for me once but lost all my socks. Said they would look into what happen but nothings after that. No socks no other way of saying sorry.

This place has a great location for a first time visit to Dubai. Overall the flat is presented well but some small details were missing. For example in the seperate WC there was no hand towel to dry your hands so you had to use a tea towel in the kitchen, of which there was only for the whole week. The kitchen had a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets but also no washing up sponges or washing up liquid was provided so we had to buy this on our first day and leave it there. There was a coffee pod machine but it would have been nice for a couple of initial pods to be provided. Just a few extra details would turn this good stay into a great one. The balcony does have a great view to the left but to the right is a major road which isn’t visible in the booking photos. However I appreciate this is pretty much the norm in Dubai as there are busy roads everywhere.
