I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment in a JBR, close to JBR1 tram stop, with all the amenities you need for your stay. Situated in JBR with a couple of minutes walk to JBR beach, Dubai Marina, Dubai Marina Mall, Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, Blue Waters Island. Ideal location and quick and easy to get the adjoining Metro. Cheap transport system with a NoL silver card (easy to top up, last for 5 years). Don’t forget to check out local Ladies Nights. Frank was a brilliant host, very responsive and super quick to respond. Very helpful. Great swimming pool at Bahar 6 with access to other pools in the Bahar. Gym also on site. Lovely security guys at Reception and very friendly and helpful. Life guards always friendly. If you’re looking for a super apartment, this is the place for you. Highly recommend and hope it’ll be free for a return visit shortly.

HORRIBLE PLACE - I booked for 15 nights at and it was by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.Halfway through my stay, the power went out on a Saturday morning. I reported it right away, but heard almost nothing for hours, eventually being told late in the day that the power couldn’t be restored. I missed a work meeting because there was no Wi-Fi, and I lost around $200 worth of groceries I’d just bought. I was relocated to an inferior apartment that wasn’t comparable in value, and I had to pay for taxis myself. The host never gave clear communication about timing, and despite me asking for proper notice, I was abruptly told to move back while I was at work. When I said that wasn’t possible, the host entered the apartment and THREW AWAY MY STUFF because they have double booked the apartment!!!!!! There was no proper compensation, no accountability, and I had to escalate everything through Airbnb. Save yourself the stress, do not stay here. Absolutely unacceptable.

Apartamento lindo, localização ótima, vista incrível! Único problema é o ar condicionado que nos quartos são unificados e teve problema com vazamento no banheiro master, muito barulho também quando funciona a noite. O cheio da Marina também incomoda um pouco, mas tirando isso, foi perfeito!

Superb pied a terre for the Canal and close proximity to a supermarket and The Lana hotel by The Dorchester Collection. Well appointed and served me well for 2+ months.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience We checked amenities before booking, upon arrival the information provided was incorrect. The security staff in the building are aggressive and made the stay uncomfortable. At this price point we were for what we got, it was not a good deal and there are many other options available. The host is responsive and did kindly let us check in early

Great apartment. The views over Dubai Marina are stunning, and Frank was a good host who kept the place comfortable and spotless. Two things to know before you book. You get 1 access card and there's no way to get a second, which is a pain when 2 of you are coming and going at different times. The bigger issue is the residence reception. Staff were rude to us for the whole stay, and checking out was a hassle it had no business being. I didn't expect that at a 5-star JW Marriott building. None of it is Frank's fault. Loved the apartment, just brace yourself for the front desk.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures, extremely cozy and the view is super nice. What was the main point was the team that was ALWAYS super responsive and ready to fulfill all my doubts. Highly recommended!
