About myself: I’m Alberto Husamo, a Dubai-based real estate advisor with a background in civil engineering, construction and property management. I have lived and worked in Dubai since 2006, which has given me a strong understanding of the city, its communities and how the property market has developed over the years. I work with both investors and end users, helping them buy, sell and lease properties based on clear market information and their real needs. My engineering background also helps me look beyond the price and location, considering the quality of the property, layout, community, long-term value and rental potential. I believe in being transparent, practical and easy to deal with. My goal is not simply to close a deal, but to help my clients make the right property decision with confidence. I speak Arabic and English, with conversational Italian.
