Kim joined Knight Frank in 2020, initially providing support to the Commercial Agency team. Through her exposure to retail leasing and regular interaction with both established and emerging retail brands, she developed a strong interest in pursuing a career focused on retail lease acquisitions and disposals. To further develop her knowledge and qualifications for this transition, Kim pursued a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot-Watt University, which she successfully completed with Merit. Throughout her tenure, Kim has effectively supported the commercial agency team, representing landlords and tenants from diverse international and local companies, in numerous acquisition and disposal mandates across industrial & logistics, office and retail sectors. While assisting in the exclusive leasing of new community malls such as B1 Mall in Al Barsha and Peninsula Retail in Business Bay, Kim established positive relationships with several major retail chains, helping them secure a space within these retail developments.
