Slow to respond lately
Service was great the first year but the last two months my emails take a week to get answered. Payouts still on time, but the communication drop is concerning.

Paid a premium vs JVC alternatives but resale has held up. Emaar community management responds faster than my previous building.

Collected our 2BR in Dubai Hills on schedule. Snagging list closed in two weeks. Service charge schedule was exactly as in the SPA.
