A fantastic company and a leading real estate developer specializing in buying and renting various properties, including apartments, villas, and commercial spaces. Their quality is excellent compared to some other developers. I highly recommend them.

📢 Enough is enough! 📢 For over a year, residents of Al Arta, The Greens have been dealing with endless construction, unsafe conditions, mosquito breeding, and lack of security – all while paying high maintenance fees! 🏗️🚧💸 📍 No proper security (1 guard for 4 buildings!) 📍 Play areas & community spaces are unusable 📍 Construction left incomplete, with debris everywhere 📍 Health hazards from stagnant water & pests We’ve raised our concerns multiple times, but there’s been no real action. @emaardubai – what are residents getting for their fees? The quality of customer service calls is extremely poor in general. 👎👎👎 The worst employees and the worst system. No one cares about you, and the staff are incompetent. It's a shame that a company like Emaar has such terrible service. 👎👎👎 …

I visited Emaar Square customer care center for the NOC related issues , the staff they are really friendly and helpful, especially Sameer Ahmed Parkar and Rahul karkera , their exquisite customer service really surprised me , they are super patient and efficient!

Very poor quality of products for the prices you have to pay. I have had 2 water heaters leaked and created damages in my house within 3 years. In the times that my water heater doesn’t leak, my AC leaks. Not worth the “high quality” brand at all….

Dealing with Emaar has been quite challenging. Our initial issue arose when we moved into our apartment in Creek Harbour. To get anything done, we're required to use the Emaar One App, and even then, a confirmation email is necessary for every interaction at the front desk in our building. Even when we follow all the steps meticulously, issues persist, and we often find ourselves reaching out to the community management for additional assistance, as we did with the reactivation of our key cards. This process can be incredibly taxing and time-consuming. It would greatly simplify matters if certain aspects of this procedure could be handled in person rather than relying solely on the app, especially given its occasional unreliability.

We should warn new people not to rent or buy anything from Emaar! Especially if you want to live yourself and not for investment! I have been living in greens more than 3yrs now every year there re so many renovations inside the flats! There is no peace at all! Emaar doesnt care about people they care only to sell the houses!
