I have been a good Haus - Haus client for over five years now. The reason is simple they have professional management teams and experienced result orientated consultants. In July 2026, I was assigned Mr. Fuzz Marand, a leasing specialist to assist me to rent our 2 bedroom plus study apartment in the Greens. Fuzz, handled the job in a very professional manner, totally dedicated in finding a good tenant for us. And in a few weeks he did find one. Great job, especially when the market was very slow in summer. He works hard, is very polite, kind, confident, knowledge and generous in his smiles. I wish him the best. I had a disappointing experience with haus & haus Property Management during the negotiation stage for managing my three properties in Dubai. I have been investing in the Dubai real estate market for around 14 years, and while I appreciated that the team accommodated several of my requested amendments, I also accepted a number of their standard terms despite having reservations. The main outstanding issue was a contractor liability clause, which in my view places an unreasonable level of responsibility on the property owner for contractors appointed and managed by the property management company. What disappointed me most, however, was the way the negotiation was concluded. After eight days of discussions and with only one point still under review, I was informed that they had decided not to proceed with managing my properties rather than continuing the discussion or providing a final position for me to consider. In my experience, this is not the level of flexibility or client handling I would expect from a professional property management company. In hindsight, I am glad this happened before signing the agreement, as it raised concerns for me about how future issues might have been handled once I became a client.
