Thank you, agent Gusti, for helping us with our rental! We rented an apartment in Al Furjan through him. I would say this is the best service from an agent I've ever had in Dubai. Everything was incredibly fast and clear. He always responded to all my messages and questions. He calmly explained all the complexities to me. Because all this moving is really stressful for me. He found us an apartment that's truly perfect for our family—he's not just renting you out randomly. He actually cares about you, like many agents do, just trying to sell you something and forget about it. Thank you for your professionalism, speed, and comfort, as well as your positive attitude.
Response from Fam Properties
Hello Anastasiya, It's truly heartwarming to read that Gusti went above and beyond to make your move feel supported and stress-free — finding an apartment that genuinely fits your family's needs, not just any rental, is exactly the kind of care we believe real estate should be about. Your kind words about his responsiveness, calm guidance, and genuine attention mean everything to our team and reflect the standard Gusti brings to every client interaction. Thank you for trusting fäm Properties with such an important moment in your family's life, and we look forward to supporting you whenever you need us again. — fäm Properties QA Team
