Right from booking, check in formalities, cleaning arrangements, until checkout, throughout our stay, deluxe holiday homes team members have been extremely professional and super helpful. Also responses have always been super quick and prompt. Truly an amazing and hassle free experience. Highly recommended for short term rentals.

Had an amazing stay with DHH. They promptly responded to messages and were very helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. Everything available including kitchen appliances and basic necessities. We did not face any issues during the 4 weeks stay. The apartment is in a peaceful area with slight views of Burj Khalifa. Near to almost all the sight seeing places like malls and parks. Would definitely want to come again here but in cooler weather.

Excellent stay! The villa was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had one of worst communication troubles with this agency. Agents - pushing overpriced prices refusing to listen to budget. Offering fake properties which are not availble. After request to stick to budget offering crazy overpriced properties ignoring request. As well to mention calling and shouting pushing with random numbers. Stay away save your time. Customer service who is shouting at customers...

The best holiday home company out there. Stayed at one of their locations in Dubai Science Park and absolutely loved their support and service throughout. They were pretty responsive to any issues i faced and made sure my stay was comfortable. I stayed for 2 months and would definitely choose them again when I'm in Dubai.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 We had an excellent stay with Deluxe Holiday Homes from start to finish. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived much later than expected, but Cannan still waited for us until the middle of the night and welcomed us with a smile. After a long and exhausting journey, that warm reception made such a difference. Walking into a perfectly clean, cool apartment where we could immediately shower and get the children to bed felt like coming home. Unlike some other Airbnb experiences we’ve had, everything was arranged in advance. We didn’t have to figure anything out ourselves in the middle of the night while traveling with children, which we really appreciated. During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the facilities, and all the amenities of Madinat Jumeirah Living. In fact, we wanted to extend our stay by another five nights, but unfortunately there was no availability left. Checking out was just as smooth as checking in. Kamil assisted us, and the entire process took only a few minutes. No unnecessary photos of key cards, no lengthy inspections, and no hassle just a professional, efficient, and friendly service. A big thank you to both Cannan and Kamil for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. We would happily stay with Deluxe Holiday Homes again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Dubai.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb and holiday homes over the years, but Deluxe Holiday Homes has easily been the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I checked in, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The only minor issue I encountered was with the floor tiles. I mentioned it, and by the very next morning they had a full team on-site with the proper equipment. They moved the furniture, professionally cleaned the tiles, and left everything spotless. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and seriously they handled it. That level of service is rare. The team is attentive, reliable, and makes you feel completely at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again, and they’ll be my first choice whenever I need a holiday home. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was friendly and responsive. A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality. Everyone was helpful and made our stay enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Simply put, Deluxe Homes goes above and beyond in every single category! I have been staying with them for more than 14 months now, and from the very first conversation, the experience has always been smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their team is amazing - from customer support to the people handling all the day-to-day details, everyone is responsive, serious about their work, and always ready to help. I have stayed in several of their apartments, and every single one has been spotless, very clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared. Nothing ever feels overlooked. Whenever I have requested anything, the team has always done their best to accommodate me and often went beyond what I expected. The apartments are excellent, but what truly makes the experience special is the people behind them. Without such a professional, kind, and supportive team, it would not be possible to provide this level of hospitality in Dubai. Deluxe Homes is still the first and only name that comes to mind whenever I, my family, or my friends need a short-term or long-term furnished apartment.
