I had a wonderful one-month stay at MAG 318. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and had everything I needed. A huge thank you to Normy for the exceptional hospitality, check-in and check-out were completely seamless, and communication was always prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

The apartment is nice, spacious and with all you need for a short or long stay. The gym is great, the pool area as well! I had a great stay and can recommend this place.

We had such a wonderful stay in Dubai. Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming and communicated so well throughout our stay. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The apartment was comfortable, well looked after and felt like the perfect base to visit beautiful Dubai. What stood out, though was having a host who is responsive, helpful and genuinely cares about his guests makes such a difference. Highly recommended!

The stay had great interiors and was very spacious. The house was well maintained, and the property management service was responsive to all queries. Not too far from the metro station, commuting was easy.

I had a few issues with the suite. The location was good and the suite was clean prior to my arrival but there was extreme construction noise directly above the suite and they were hammering and grinding the floor all day and it’s allowed between 9:00am-5:00pm. There were also no cleaning supplies to wash dishes/kitchen cleaning in which I had to purchase my own to do so. I would think this should be standard to have in the suite. I would recommend anyone wanting to book here, check to see if the renovations are completed first and if they offer clean supplies if you plan on cooking. I was able to cancel my reservation through Airbnb after 1 night but they still charged me a full cleaning fee plus the night I stayed adding up to be 20% of my stay for 1 terrible night. For myself, it topped it off to a terrible stay here on the morning of my birthday.
