I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was easy and helpful throughout my stay. I was also able to check in earlier, which was very helpful and much appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

We entered the apartment and there was non stop the gas alarm on and all over the apartment were insects. Upon calling the host they told us to press a button but didn’t work we went down to security and they said the host needs to call the gas company. After 2 hours the gas company arrived and said the gas box alarm is broken needs to be fixed next day. Then we told them about the insects they showed us proof of pest control and said it’s impossible although we took images as proof. They showed bad attitude and ignored us that we want to leave and don’t feel safe and comfortable. They also refused to refund although we didn’t stay in the apartment. Why would you rent a place without making sure there is no constant alarm and insects all over the place. The person was rude when I tried to tell him they need to deal with this and they said it’s Dubai it’s normal insects can come out the ac or wherever so we never ever issued a problem like this in Dubai. Don’t book with them please.

You don’t have to lie and make fake claims just because we didn’t grant you earlier than standard check in time. You wanted access into the building without following building checkin protocols, you complained about everything despite us responding immediately to all your messages you claim we were unresponsive whereas you alone had 4 co-hosts/company reps assigned to you. A company rep was available to assist you on that day after we guided you to the building entrance which is very visible and accessible. Azooz is very disrespectful, ungrateful and aggressive, he verbally abused our staff and the building receptionist just because they asked him to provide his passport. He was taking pictures of the building staff and everyone in the reception without their consent (this is illegal in Dubai). We do not recommend him to any host. After all his excesses, he claims here that he saw bugs, why didn’t he share pictures or ever complain about this to us when he was checked in? Lie

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The flat was not clean when we arrived. The sofa was visibly dirty, and the cushions were worn out and in poor condition. The floors had not been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was also not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. Another significant issue was the extremely low water pressure throughout the flat, which made showering and using the taps inconvenient. Overall, the property did not match the standard we expected based on the listing. I hope the host addresses these issues, as the flat has potential but needs much better cleaning and maintenance.
