Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and very welcoming. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was great and everything we needed was easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this stay to others and would love to come back again!

We stayed at this apartment for 6 weeks and had a wonderful stay. Super easy check-in and Norman greeted us to show us how everything worked and answered all our questions. The apartment is super spacious for a one bedroom, the bed super comfortable, and the balcony view is spectacular. The building staff is very friendly and the location is one of the best in the Marina. Highly recommended!

Awesome townhouse with 4 bedrooms and driver room . Very clean and spacious. Near by coffee shops and small grocery and splendid greens and lake of jumairah Island . Host and team were great and very responsive for our queries.

The place was really great, very spacious and very silent, especially given the location close to Sheikh Zayed Road. The location is very good: easy access to metro, good restaurants around and a little park just in front. Great communication with the host. Always responsive.

Location for JBR beach and marina is ideal, it’s really not far at all. Apartment security was good. We had a vehicle for our stay and finding the underground parking was difficult and the supplied location from host turns out to be down the road and the precise location from host in group chat is in German, so wouldn’t load. Apartment itself is feeling quite tired upon arrival. Kitchen is very worn and supplies are lacking. For example, only 1 cutlery knife was provided…There were also tiny bugs everywhere on the worktops and immediately spread to cupboards over all our food, which we discovered the following day. Bathroom with overhead shower’s connection is rusted and spraying out from join, which added to the worn feeling. Light around living room mirror is missing and living room lights flickered and flashed when being used so wasn’t able to. Wooden bed in twin single room broke after first use of my son sitting on it to sleep, but was repaired promptly. Host will always try.

It is a nice, fine decorated apartment. It is located in the Address Building, one of the few new buildings in the JBR. So it got nice bathrooms, decent outside pool and own beachy in 50 m distance. Host was helpful and responsive and addressed all my requests. The only thing I would add to the apartment is bedside lamps. The rest is fine. I would certainly recomend to stay here!

Great location in Dubai Marina, close to the beach and the marina, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and very kind. The apartment is spacious and has a nice view. The only downside for me was that one of the beds (in the second bedroom) had a very firm mattress. The mattress is slightly larger than the bed frame, so it sticks out a bit and tilts slightly upward at the end. The host was very helpful though and brought a mattress topper, which made sleeping more comfortable. After we checked out, the host also informed us that we had forgotten some clothes and kindly packed everything for us to collect later. Overall, a good stay.

Somewhat disappointed with the apartment. Main light did not work and took three days to be repaired. Made the room very dark and gloomy. We were requested to wait in for two mornings of our holiday to wait for maintenance people but on both occasions the repair could not be done. Although the details showed that some construction noise would occur, one day the noise continued for 24 hours preventing sleep for the entire night. Despite receiving a partial refund for the inconvenience of these issues, we would not have rented the apartment if we had known about them. Most days the construction noise started at 6.30am and continued until between 4 and 6pm. The room did not have an information manual and fell short of normal AirBnB standards. eg. no instructions for use of gym, pool, washing machine. There were a number of building snags in the apartment such as ill fitting cupboard doors which need to be rectified to bring it to an acceptable standard for the money charged.
