I had a wonderful experience staying with Rental for several months in JBR. I truly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable there throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the team’s support — whenever I had any questions or small issues, they were always responsive, helpful, and did their best to resolve everything quickly. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. I would happily recommend Rental and would definitely consider staying with them again in the future! 🤍

Would strongly recommend NOT to book with this company. Deciding to cancel my booking after paying a full month upfront, and staff continually responding with condescending responses making me out to be stupid. Customer service was probably the worst I have ever dealt with in Dubai. If you are looking to have your booking cancelled and be left stranded and be treated by staff completely unprofessionally, this is the right team. Strongly recommend you stay far away from this company for any holiday rentals.

We had a great stay in this apartment, it it very specious and it has everything you need. The staff of the apartment is very helpful and responsive. It is in great location close to everything I would hilly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. Everything was very well organized, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the experience smooth and comfortable for guests. Communication was easy and prompt, and any questions we had were handled quickly and professionally. The property met our expectations and made our time in Dubai relaxed and enjoyable. We especially valued how simple and stress-free everything was, from check-in to departure. Thank you again for your kindness and for making everything so easy for us. We hope to “meet” again the next time we visit Dubai.

It is a pleasure to share my experience in this wonderful place, which truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment is extremely clean, well organized, with everything in its proper place and nothing missing. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the view is very beautiful, with a nice balcony. It is the best apartment I have stayed in so far. I have stayed in Dubai in four or five different apartments, and this one was by far the best. I highly recommend it. The host/attendant was extremely punctual and attentive. I would have liked to stay longer in this apartment, but when I tried to extend my reservation, it had already been booked by another guest.

Very good experience: relevant information shared on time ahead of arrival, no delays with check in, smooth process and response time was super fast. Apartment was in perfect conditions.

Stayed at the AL bateen residence. And the handler Norman was so friendly and so understanding and made our check in experience very smooth and fast and made sure he gave us brief of the amenities and the rules. Upon check out I requested for a late check our and the team was very understanding. Overall the apartment was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the stayed and will book again. And make sure you book through the airbnb app.
