Everything was absolutely perfect! Felt exactly like home and this is one of the few stays that I'd love to come back to many more times. Chic, spotless, well-located, very great reception. The management/ host is very attentive as well which made the stay even better. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. Mr. Niyas provided warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with Dubai Mall within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property. A special thanks to book my stay team for there outstanding hospitality and support throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. When the internet wasn’t working, he resolved the issue promptly, and he was also kind enough to accommodate our late check-out request, which made our travel day much easier. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location, smooth communication, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be happy to stay here again!

Thank you very much for your hospitality and support. Overall, the location, view, design, and general quality of the apartment were truly excellent, and we had a very pleasant experience during our stay. As a friendly suggestion to further improve the quality of the apartment and provide an even better experience for future guests, I would like to share a few observations: * Considering the beauty and standard of the living room, it would be beneficial to replace the current sofas with higher-quality furniture that better matches the elegance of the space. * Some kitchen items need to be completed and upgraded. A few of the provided items were not at the quality level or standard that matches the apartment. It would be better to select kitchen equipment according to the capacity and quality of the property. * Since there are no carpets or suitable floor coverings in the living room, hallway, and bedrooms, providing good-quality indoor slippers for guests would be very useful and inc

Make sure to ask all questions about the property in advance and have them answer it. Also ASK IF THE SEWAGE SMELL HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF.

It’s a wonderful home with a beautiful design. The only downside is the traffic noise coming from the road.

I had a good stay at this property. Its proximity to the metro station made getting around Dubai a breeze. Not too far there is also a small shopping centre with a Spinneys, restaurants and a gym. Staying here provided me with everything I needed.
