Booking a hotel with these people. Well, everyone knows it: unsafe situations there, escalating objects flying through the air. All flights until April have been cancelled. My stay was in mid-March, so it was still quite fresh. They didn't want to cancel the stay. I just got a call; via Airbnb, they are being forced to give us the chance to cancel free of charge. Because Airbnb ultimately decided that it is not responsible to let people fly over there. But on the phone, they act as if they are the ones offering that option and start asking: “You left a review, right?” “Yes, can you take it down? We’ll refund you.” NO! You aren't refunding because you can, but because you HAVE to now. Now I CAN take down the review, but I’m NOT doing it. Maybe you can convince me, I don't know. We’ll see…

Very disappointing experience with Book My Stay. My flight to Dubai has been officially canceled by the airline. Due to the military escalation in the region, flights are being canceled en masse and there is serious disruption around airports. There are reports of security incidents in and around Dubai, which makes the situation even more worrying. Despite these circumstances, the host refuses to cancel my booking or consider a reasonable solution. I'm told to "wait and see" because things might improve in a few weeks. When airlines themselves cancel flights due to the security situation, it's unreasonable to force guests to bear the full financial risk or pressure them to travel to a high-risk area. I find the lack of flexibility and understanding in this situation very disappointing. Travelers who value customer focus and fairness would do well to keep this in mind when booking.

✨ Review: I lived in Bayz by Danube for 8 wonderful months and absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Business Bay - waking up to that skyline was pure joy every morning. The location is super convenient - close to Downtown, Dubai Mall, and the canal for evening walks. The building amenities are also amazing: a great pool, spacious gym, steam room, and overall very clean, well-maintained facilities. The management team was always responsive and understanding - thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility, especially with my late check-out. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. It truly felt like home, and I’m grateful for such a pleasant experience.

We stayed in 107 of Grande Signature Residence from Feb 10-14, if you choose to turn off the AC the formaldehyde painting smell will be too much strong and hurt people and my sister had to sleep in the sofa during the night even she has a room; If you lose a key card, they will charge you 500AED which is showing exactly 100AED on Emaar APP and even you find it next day, they will not return the money and force you to return the found key, next meet such a rude and greedy company
