Rich Stay Holiday Homes LLCFantastic stay, exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We had a family emergency while there and needed to adjust our dates, and the host was remarkably understanding, accommodating, and helpful throughout. Truly exceptional communication. Would definitely book again!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, and the facilities were good and convenient. The only issue we experienced was with the water. Unfortunately, both the hot and cold taps were providing hot water, so we were unable to get cold water from the cold tap. Hopefully, this can be fixed for future guests. Overall, a good stay and a great location.

We’re glad to hear that you found our communication quick and smooth, and we always strive to provide the same level of service throughout the stay. We would also like to clarify that our photos are taken by a professional photographer and reviewed by our marketing team, with no AI enhancement or alteration. We strongly believe in transparency. The listing description also clearly mentions both the city view and marina view, so guests can have a clear understanding of the outlook. Regarding the air conditioning, we’re sorry to hear about the noise. However, no such concern was raised with our team during your stay, and our current guest staying in the apartment has also not reported any AC issues. This suggests that the issue may have been specific to the circumstances during your stay. Had we been informed, our 24/7 team would have been more than happy to inspect and resolve it immediately. We appreciate your feedback and hope you understand that we always remain available to assist our guests and address any concerns promptly.

Stella Maris continues to be our favourite place to stay . On top of that any of the Richstay managed properties stand out above the rest . Entry is easy & they are always receptive to any correspondence in a timely manner. It comes to a point now that when booking air bnb we always check to see if Richstay manages it. Thank you team

Overall, the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The location was close to most places. However, before booking, I specifically asked about the apartment’s direction/view and whether it would be a quiet side of the building, as I knew some apartments in the hotel were less noisy than others. I was informed that it would be a quiet one, but unfortunately, the apartment was directly facing an active construction site that operated 24 hours a day. During the day, I could sleep from around 12 PM until early morning, but at night the construction noise was very disturbing. I even wore earplugs, but there were still times when the noise woke me up. If it wasn’t for the construction noise, I would have had a much better experience. Everything else about the apartment was great.

The space is excellent, clean and perfectly located. It was given over to me with three bottles of water and enough coffee capsules. There was some oil, salt and pepper, cutlery, cooking utensils and two rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was lovely, comfortable and soft, clean linen and crisp towels. The views are super. I did not use the facilities such as the gym and pool. I was staying here four days convalescing after a hospital treatment and was indoors all day. I needed the television and internet amongst other entertainment. The TV was broken and was not replaced or repaired for the time I was in the apartment, which was a huge inconvenience. The hosts couldn’t do much about the issue in the short time I was there. I did ask for a discount but was not given one nor was I offered any other form of compensation. I’d say it’s a perfect apartment for a short stint in Dubai. Just check the appliances work.
