I stayed in the month of July, and it was pretty hot and the AC were not effective, I complained to the manager/care taker, do not know who he was actually, but he was rude with us and not at all ready to accept that the AC were not effectively cooling the apartment. We were three of us when we checked in, we had a booking for a week, but the apartment heat was unbearable, my sister left after a day, we too checked out after 5 days, we did not complete our stay, I will not recommend staying in summers

The space is excellent, clean and perfectly located. It was given over to me with three bottles of water and enough coffee capsules. There was some oil, salt and pepper, cutlery, cooking utensils and two rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was lovely, comfortable and soft, clean linen and crisp towels. The views are super. I did not use the facilities such as the gym and pool. I was staying here four days convalescing after a hospital treatment and was indoors all day. I needed the television and internet amongst other entertainment. The TV was broken and was not replaced or repaired for the time I was in the apartment, which was a huge inconvenience. The hosts couldn’t do much about the issue in the short time I was there. I did ask for a discount but was not given one nor was I offered any other form of compensation. I’d say it’s a perfect apartment for a short stint in Dubai. Just check the appliances work.

Found this apartment impossible to deal with. Beware of this accommodation wanted to draw out large amounts of cash for a deposit then I found the same booking elsewhere on Airbnb which never had this policy. They were inflexible with their understanding and impossible to deal with and refused to cancel my booking despite my very valid concerns regarding this issue. Genuinely I would recommend and look elsewhere, this wasn’t a pleasant experience dealing with this accommodation

The apartment was very clean and the view from it was amazing. Being on one of the top floors in the building..the views were spectacular. Very good location and very easy access to dubai mall the view from the balcony is wonderful.the apartment was very clean it has all the basic need(shampoo,degergent,ect) Cons:its not on the main street so when we need a taxi we have to walk out of the parking and its very confusing for ubers. The songs never stop you can’t sleep because every half an hour the fountains play a song.
