Awesome very responsive and friendly host. Neighbourhood is great, i love staying here specially. It is calm, and you can walk and run in the park . Apartment itself is very spacious and decently equipped with appliances and kitchenette. A bit worn, but still pretty good. My only discomfort was because of presumably poor entrance door soundproofing and very noisy neighbours (not one family, it felt like all of them) heard from the corridor (not through walls). Some kids running and shouting at 7:30 on Sundays, omg, and their nannies and parents shouting back… and it happens every day. My writing may sound worse than it really is, i mean nights are peaceful and minor occasional noise from corridor in the day is not that bad.

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. I wanted to leave at the moment I arrived. The actual space is far smaller than in the listing photos. On check‑in day, the washing machine leaked all over the floor. The bathtub drain button was stuck and had to be pried open by maintenance. The fridge door would not close properly, making it impossible to store food without it spoiling. Every day, the bathroom tap initially runs yellow water and needs to flow for some time before turning clear. Overall, the property fell well short of basic expectations.

Good stay at this Dubai Marina apartment! The location is unbeatable—close to everything—and the apartment itself is a great option, had a super comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a huge bathtub that we loved. Check-in was smooth and the building staff were very friendly. The only drawback was the noise—there were renovations in the unit directly above us as well as construction on the neighboring building. Despite that, Mr. Waseem was a wonderful host and we still enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in this lovely flat for ten days. The location couldn’t be better, and the layout is brilliant. The service is absolutely outstanding! I was able to check in six hours early! Thanks again for that. Waseem is quick to respond, straightforward and extremely friendly. For example: extra towels for the pool – no problem at all; a few minutes later, Waseem rang the doorbell and gave me two fresh, large and fluffy towels. I needed something else on two further occasions, and each time Waseem was there straight away. Truly outstanding! I can’t recommend this flat highly enough! Six stars

We had such a wonderful stay here. From the moment I arrived, it truly felt like being at home. The space was comfortable, inviting, and had everything needed for a relaxed, easy trip. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Do NOT stay here — one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading, so don’t be fooled. The toilets were disgusting AND leaking from the roof — actual water coming through the ceiling. The kitchen was filthy, with a foul, lingering smell we could never escape the entire stay. But the worst part: when we checked out, we accidentally left some clothing behind. The cleaning crew or manager kept it and flat-out refused to return it. When we pushed, the manager sent “before and after” wardrobe photos — conveniently showing every wardrobe EXCEPT the ones holding our items. That’s over £1,000 of clothing gone, then a blatant cover-up with selective photos. The service was horrible throughout — unhelpful, unprofessional, and dishonest when it mattered most. Every single aspect of this stay was a disappointment. Save yourself the money, stress, and loss. Avoid this place at all costs — you WILL regret it.
