Stayed here for a month, just moved to Dubai. Brilliant area, lovely apartment. Very clean and modern - couldn’t recommend more! Thank you for starting our Dubai journey with comfort! Riad especially was so helpful and considerate!

At the time of check-in we have requested that guy that we can't charge our laptops mobile phones ,he said i will arrange extension for you today and after 10 hours waiting he's replying me that I'm placing order now which is totally unprofessional behavior and moreover he's not willing to provide even calling number but only Whatsapp chat and waiting for 6 hours minimum to get reply

It was a great stay and very very helpful team from Anas to Wael both very attentive and extremely supportive. The apartment was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Dubai, the tidiness. The view was something to be remembered. I highly recommend vacationer to anyone looking for short rearm rental.

We had a great experience during our tenancy at Binghatti Onyx, largely thanks to Rhyiad from Vacationer. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always responsive and quick to sort out anything we needed. It's clear he genuinely cares about making tenants feel well looked after. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rhyiad from Vacationer Dubai! From the very beginning until check-out, Rhyiad was exceptionally attentive, professional, and always available. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, he responded immediately and made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. His hospitality made our stay completely seamless and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’ve had a very positive experience with the company managing my property. The service has been professional, reliable, and responsive, which gives me great peace of mind as a property owner. A special mention to my point of contact, Anesu & Jade, who have been incredibly helpful, approachable, and attentive throughout. Terrible experience. I made a genuine booking mistake, cancelled as soon as I realized it, and never stayed in the apartment. Despite explaining everything immediately, they refused to refund me and showed absolutely no flexibility or understanding. Very disappointing customer service. I strongly advise people NOT to book with this company. I certainly never will again.

Vacationer managed my property for about 1.5 years. They provide a seamless booking experience and the dashboard provides up to date information about revenue and costs etc. I would consider them again for my short stay requirements.

Had a great stay until the moment I was asked to leave the apartment in one day notice. I asked to extend my stay and it was confirmed by Colleb. But suddenly another booking came through which is not supposed to happen if someone is already staying in the apartment and agreed to extend the stay. The person I was dealing with was not trying to solve a problem and just kept asking to free the apartment. Don’t recommend.

I had booked a apartment through them for a trip with the family to dubai. Just received a message through air bnb saying that it's cancelled but in whatsapp they messaged me saying i cancelled it. Total waste of time and lack of communication. Wasn't offered any alternatives.

Rhyiad and his team were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always helpful, responsive and professional.
