Lovely apartment in a great location, just steps away from Dubai Mall. The apartment was well located and overall clean and comfortable. However, some of the furniture and fixtures could use a little maintenance, as the sofas had some visible stains when we arrived. The host was responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the location very convenient.

When we arrived we were later told that the property was not ready and that we would need to wait an additional 1.5 hours from 3pm. There was no apology for this significant delay. This stay was for a company workshop, and we had a scheduled meeting planned from 3:00 PM for three hours. Due to the delayed cleaning issue, we were forced to wait for approximately 1.5 hours in the living room (7people) while loud cleaning noises and dust were ongoing. Additionally, one of the rooms had a strong cigarette smell that did not ventilate properly. They tried to remove but not properly (previous guests may have smoked indoors.)

While the property itself is exceptional—boasting high-end furnishings and a prime location in Downtown near the Burj Khalifa—the check-in process was hindered by a lack of communication. Essential details, including the Wi-Fi credentials, specific apartment number, and precise location coordinates, were not provided in a timely manner following the booking confirmation. While I highly recommend the accommodations, the administrative hand-off requires better efficiency to match the quality of the stay.

From day one, I saw many cockroaches — in the kitchen, in the living room, around my clothes, and even in my bed. This place is not fit to live in; it is hygienically unacceptable. I came from the Netherlands, where I have never seen cockroaches in my life. I developed a skin rash and an allergic reaction, and an ambulance had to come. The host ignored me the entire time, simply waiting for the check-out date to pass. I requested pest control and asked for alternative accommodation while the apartment was being treated. Is that too much to ask? I was ignored until the check-out date. On the check-out day, Osama, who said he was the manager, came and apologized only after I mentioned I would refer the matter to the police. He sent me a written agreement promising a refund, but once I had fully checked out, he ignored me. When I followed up about my refund, he said, “We reject your complaint as we believe you brought the cockroaches into the apartment.” Really? The worst service ever

Overall, the stay met expectations, but I faced several issues due to communication delays from the host. From the beginning, we discovered that our names were never shared with the building reception, which made it difficult for us to access the parking basement. In addition, there were unpaid fees that the host was responsible for settling with building management, and because they were not cleared, the parking access card was deactivated. I reported these issues to the host, but it took a long time for anything to be addressed, and during this time I was unable to use the building’s parking. As a result, I had to park in public parking and pay the charges myself.

Terrible place! Late check in while we were waiting for the cleaning guys to leave. Bathroom and kitchen drain was clogged and water was coming out of their drain. So smelly and once it was fixed no-one came to clean up after them. Then there was water coming from the ceiling due to the water heater not working properly and they needed to replace it. We had to check out and couldn't find any place to stay and yet they were rude enough to offer us another place for $1400 for one night.

Very poor hygiene, bugs and roaches we stayed there one night and had to find a new place to stay. Bathroom also flooded from the shower which was confusing as it was coming from the floor.

We stayed here for five days and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro and Dubai Mall. The staff were friendly and approachable. However, we did encounter some difficulty finding the property, as the address listed on the Airbnb app didn’t match the actual location. To avoid delays, it’s best to confirm the exact address with the host before your arrival.

My host was very communicative and easy to reach throughout my stay. They responded quickly to all my questions and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Really appreciated their helpfulness and clear communication. Highly recommended

Your concerns are not justifiable, and it would not be appropriate to misrepresent the property in an attempt to obtain compensation.
