The location is nice, the building is great. Rooms are clean and neat. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Staying in such a good accommodation will add to your great experience in Dubai. Dominica is the manager there. I contacted her many times and she was always responsive and helped me with my small issues such as how to get the gas of the stove working because it was locked by safety valve. I recommend that you stay there and experience their great facilities and good services.

Had a wonderful experience staying one of their units near Burj Khalifa! specifically in Damac Paramount Tower. My whole family arrived in Dubai before Christmas for 2 weeks vacation. I would say that the location is absolutely perfect—just minutes away from the iconic landmark and surrounded by great spots to explore. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to experience the most awaited New Year’s Eve fireworks at the Burj Khalifa right from the unit. It made our whole experience for my family extra special. What truly made the experience exceptional was the representatives. Joanne who assisted us during the booking and Mohsin who assisted us during check in. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. My whole family really enjoyed the whole trip! The accommodation was very comfortable and conducive for resting after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of Dubai. I would definitely book again in my family’s future visits. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. kudos to the team!👏👏👏

I had a really great stay at Aria by Grovy (G-18). The place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The apartment had everything I needed, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Asim who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay. He was always available, professional, and made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free. His friendly attitude truly made a difference and added to the positive experience. Very disappointing experience. A AED 1,000 security deposit was charged on my card. Checkout was completed with no damages, yet the refund was delayed and no proof of refund (ARN or receipt) was provided. During my communication with Muhammad Asim, I was explicitly told to “wait” and that refunding my deposit was not a priority because they “have other things to do.” I was repeatedly told the refund was “in process” or would be done “by the end of the weekend,” but no transaction reference was ever shared. A security deposit should be released promptly after checkout. Treating a customer’s refund as a non-priority and providing no transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company unless deposit handling and customer service improve significantly.

I stayed here in Damac Maison prive for a few days and I want to write about Mr. Kamran who is the Guest Relations Officer He helped me from my check in till my check out and made everything smooth and easy He answered all my questions with patience and guided me whenever I needed support His service was fast friendly and very professional I felt welcomed and respected because of him Kamran made my stay comfortable and stress free I really appreciate his great work and I will come back again because of his amazing guest relations service.
