GoogleTerrible guest service and complete lack of respect for guests. We informed the company over a month in advance that we would be travelling with our one-year-old daughter and explicitly requested a cot. We were clearly told it would be provided. Shortly before travelling, we were contacted with a story about a previous guest having broken a cot. We replied immediately, confirmed that our situation had not changed, and again stressed that a suitable cot was essential. Once again, we were assured it would be arranged. After arriving at 2 a.m., following 20 hours of travel, we found a boxed, unassembled cot suitable only for babies up to 5 months old, which was completely inappropriate for our daughter as she can’t even physically fit into something that small. At that hour, with a tired child, this was unacceptable. After extensive back-and-forth communication, the final response was simply that they could not supply a suitable cot, despite repeated prior confirmations that they would. Every interaction was stressful and frustrating, and the gap between what was promised and what was actually delivered raises serious concerns about reliability and honesty. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this company, especially to families travelling with young children

GoogleElegance, beauty and great comfort! Super clean and fresh. And you feel at home … but better !! The staff is there to make your holiday the perfect one ! Love the coolness and the space in the bedroom, the huge bathroom, the breakfast under the pergola and the huge swimming pool… spotless and just the right temperature! Love the shampoo, conditioner… would love to bring home …do you sell them? Also love the rescued dog !!
