Urban Oasis is a fantastic place to live and stay, and having someone like Arun to assist me made my two-month experience even better. From leasing the studio to settling in, he went above and beyond with exceptional support and a great attitude. Highly recommended!

Arun is what I’ll remember most about this stay. From the start, he made me feel welcome and genuinely looked after. He was always available, took the time to answer every question, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. That kind of care makes such a difference—you can relax knowing someone is there to help. Thank you, Arun, for making the experience feel so personal.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Marina Vista 2 with Apricus Holiday Homes for nearly 3 months. A special thank you to Arun and Faheem from the Reservation and Admin team for making sure our stay was comfortable throughout. They were always responsive, attentive, and went out of their way to sort out anything we needed. It really made a long stay feel like home. Amazing view of the Marina Walk, had a pleasant 1-month stay here at Marina Tower with very complete furnishings and amenities. Also great location (close to metro, lots of supermarkets nearby). Arun the host was extremely helpful with setting everything up and answering my questions. Great experience, could not ask for anything more.

From the beginning of the process I was in touch with Mr. ARUN with an excellent character and perfect hospitality, he managed everything so smoothly in a way that everything arranged so quickly without any issues. Thanks to him and all Apricus team for their excellent behaviours. They were always in access. About the place, it was so clean and perfectly furnished that I did not need anything else. I recommend everybody to take service from this team. And again thanks to Mr. ARUN and Apricus for all their efforts to make us comfortable during our stay.

Be careful, they will make up charges just so they can take money from your security deposit, and they will take forever to return what left from your security deposit so that they can accumulate interest as much as possible

We are so happy to be the guests of Apricus in Palace Residence apartment, especially for support of Arun who made our stay unforgettable and so homely, the apartment itself so nice and clean, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. We decided to extend our stay as it is hard to leave if you have such a nice place to stay!
