Most painful developer - late Handover - not cooperative at all - not even handing over 3 months after snagging done and 100% paid - not even allowing visit to completed house - not even committing a time frame for handover - ARADA care I am sending emails and calling them also visited the office in Al Jada - they are not helpful at all-

Hello. Im so surprised with your sales team who keep calling and has no respect to talk and doesnot have manners to atleast say good bye for disconnecting call on my face. Its not the face time but repeated. I really want someone to contact me as people who call for sales are actually spoiling name of the company but such act.

Once the unit is sold, in my experience, the service received afterward — whether during handover, maintenance, renting, or resale — is unfortunately far below acceptable standards, often indifferent, and consistently unsatisfactory.

They need a serious readjustment-adjustment of management. There is no respect for customers needs and rights and the entire company simply revolves around money making only.

Just got a call from someone from here. Extremely rude person. I told him nicely i am not looking for property now in a nice way and he was extremely rude. Asked me why are you laughing what happened. If you are not nice with customers no one is going to buy from you. Guy called from number 969 ending
