A terrible experience in every sense of the word. They don't answer calls, the place is cramped and overcrowded, and there aren't even chairs for people to sit on. There's no punctuality whatsoever. For example, once my appointment was at 3 PM, and the employee didn't see me until 4 PM. When they needed me, the employee called at an inconvenient time, and when I didn't answer, she sent an email saying she'd tried contacting me multiple times, but she still didn't respond, whether I called from my mobile or landline. A very bad experience.

I have just renewed my tenancy contract today and first of all the lady who slotted my appointment went on annual leave. I was lost but the sweet reception lady immediatly assigned me to Sleiman. A very efficient person and got my things completed very quickly. So no complaints. Only thing I have to say is process is very slow and it took one hour for me to complete the things. If this can be brought to efficiency, everything else is amazing.

We dealt with a representative named Moataz Elberrawy regarding a building assessment, and unfortunately, our experience was unsatisfactory. Throughout the process, communication was very difficult. He never answered calls on his work mobile number and would instead respond via text messages. On multiple occasions, we were given assurances that the final assessment report would be delivered soon; however, these promises were repeatedly delayed without clear explanations. Such conduct does not reflect the professionalism, reliability, and reputation of an established organization. We believe that customer service and timely communication are essential, especially when clients are relying on important reports and assessments. We hope management will review this matter seriously and take the necessary corrective actions to ensure that future clients receive the level of service that the company is known for and strives to maintain. We received several repeated promises from him regarding the release date of the final evaluation report, but these promises were consistently postponed without any clear justification or explanation. This approach does not reflect the professionalism, credibility, or reputation of this esteemed institution. Customer service, effective communication, and adherence to deadlines are fundamental expectations, especially when it comes to important reports and evaluations. We hope that the company's management will seriously consider this observation and take appropriate measures to ensure that such experiences are not repeated in the future and to maintain the level of service befitting the institution's reputation and standing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Asteco / Colliers Property Management. When I went to make my final rent payment in October 2025, I specifically asked in person what the requirements were to vacate my apartment properly so I could receive my security deposit back. The representative clearly told me that I only needed to give two weeks’ notice before vacating so they could schedule the inspection and handover. Relying on that information, I notified them exactly two weeks prior to my move-out date. Only then did they suddenly say that I was supposed to give two months’ written notice, which was never mentioned when I asked directly. When I explained that I followed the instructions given to me in person, they simply argued and refused to take responsibility for their own misinformation. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. If the notice requirement was truly two months, it should have been clearly communicated when I asked, not brought up later as a surprise penalty. Instead, it comes across as a convenient way to withhold deposits or charge extra fees. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. Make sure everything is in writing, double-checked, and documented, because verbal guidance from their staff cannot be trusted

Very unprofessional team, I called and asked for appointment for renewing my flat contract, no one contacted, after calling 3 times, they told to come directly. Once come directly then they are telling conserned person in vacation.
