Avoid like the plague. Just came across a listing by this company - I am surprised they are still in business and feel the need to make this PSA. Used them for a property in downtown Dubai a few years ago, which was hands down the worst commercial experience of my life. The agent, who was supposed to meet me at my new rental property with the keys on my move-in date, did a no-show and disappeared for two weeks. The company refused to help so I ended up having to stay at a hotel and pay the moving company to store my things. Was only able to move in after I managed to connect with the landlord who then arranged for a friend to bring me a spare key from France (where the landlord was living). After I threatened legal action, they agreed to repay me the two weeks’ rent (but not the hotel and storage costs). One of their agents gave me a cheque for this, which bounced. After that, more broken promises, unreturned emails and calls, and lying and call-dodging. One of their “managers”, Khushboo, was a serial liar who kept promising to pay me the next week, then the next week, and so on, before dodging my calls altogether (but would immediately pick up the phone when I call from a friend’s mobile😂). All of their staff are also very unprofessional and rude. Absolute clowns. Just don’t.
