Ahsan Nisar the agent taking care of my enquiry and the rental of my apartment was extremely kind, clear and thoughtful to my situation as a very new expat here in Dubai. Within my first month here we alrdy secured my home here. Dubai can be scary not knowing who to trust, but you can rly count of Ahsan to be fair and treat both owner and renter with respect and protection. I would trust him and Aurantius Real Estate with my first property purchase 🥰🥰

I had a great experience with Aurantius Real Estate, especially thanks to Fati. She supported me throughout my very first investment in Dubai and made the whole process clear, smooth, and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Aurantius and Fati in particular to anyone looking to invest in Dubai.

My experience with the firm has been a wonderful one. Mr.Ammar Ishaq of Aurantius attended to our requirement of a residential accommodation in JLT area of Dubai. He understood our expectations very clearly and showed us a few properties and helped us finalize one. Not only that he did all the paperwork relating to our moving into the apartment and also facilitated moving our personal belongings to the new apartment. I am overwhelmed by his approach and attitude towards clients in making them feel at home at every stage of the process. I wish him and his employer all the very best in all their endeavors and would happily recommend people to avail their services. Thanks and regards. Balachandran Ramamurthi 28th November 2025

I had the pleasure of having Naveed Akhtar from Aurantius real estate as my broker when I was buying a property in Dubai, he made the process so easy, knew exactly what to show me based on my criteria instead of wasting my time as many other brokers did. He was EXTREMELY helpful with everything related to property buying, always professional and available for my calls and endless messages and questions. I would highly recommend Naveed and Aurantius real estate for any property investments.

We found the apartment we looking for thanks to this agency , and special thanks to Mr Ebaa the agent who helped us with everything needed , its not easy to find a professional as he is , he was always on time and kept his promises , never had any issue with him and we happy that we made the right choice to close the deal with him . Highly recommended agent if you don’t want to waste your time and find what you need .

Worst real estate agency I have come across.. They listed property without any verification of the owner - who hadn't paid building management fee for the past 8 years.. When apporached the agency after getting to know the same, agent stopped picking up calls and wasn't available in the office at any time. Agent's manager was not able to resolve anything. The agency did no checks, no job of being a broker throughout the tenancy period.

Very unprofessional agent - already fixed a deal with us for renting a property in Al Gadheer - phase 2, and then just a day before preparing rental agreenment, he suddenly increased the rent saying owner is asking for higher rent. Disappointed at it's peak!!!
