I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bmyholidayhome during my stay in La Mer, Dubai. The apartment was perfectly equipped — everything was thoughtfully arranged, modern, and exceptionally clean. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding service. Anne was incredibly professional from start to finish. She responded to all of my questions with great clarity, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her friendliness and willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations — she was always approachable, accommodating, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great stay. It’s rare to come across such a combination of a beautiful property and truly exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Bmyholidayhome to anyone visiting Dubai, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you again, Anne, for making this stay so memorable!

Good afternoon! We've been using B my Guest Homes for two years now, renting apartments for a month, two months, or longer. Georgy always handles the check-in process, explains everything, and gives useful recommendations. We always choose apartments in the center of Dubai. Everything is very beautiful, clean, and pleasant. Thank you so much for your excellent service. We recommend you to all our friends and acquaintances planning a vacation in Dubai ❤️

George was really helpful, accommodating and professional. He met me at 04.00 to give me access when my flight was delayed. The location of the apartment was wonderful and the south west facing balcony got the sun for a large part of the day

We had a fantastic stay at Downtown views with B my guest holiday homes team. George was amazing from the day we arrived till our departure. He was very responsive, professional and pleasant. The apartment was clean and fresh and with an excellent location to walk to Dubai mall, the fountain, Burj Khalifa and much more. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏

I truly appreciate Be My Guest Holiday Homes for their honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, I was unable to fly to Dubai due to unforeseen circumstances, and despite the situation, they handled everything with understanding and integrity. They processed my refund smoothly without any complications. It’s rare to find companies that are this genuine and fair. Their communication was clear, respectful, and reassuring throughout. I would absolutely book with them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy holiday home management in Dubai.

We stayed at George and Oksana's apartment, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were always available and promptly answered all our questions. We were very pleased with our stay, and thank you for your hospitality!

If you are thinking let this agency rent out your properties, DO NOT. The communication is slow and unclear. Most importantly, they do not send any payments even after months of rentals. Nightmare to work with.

We are currently staying with our family in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment on Bluewaters Island, managed by B My Guest Holiday Homes. The apartment is spacious, very well-equipped with everything we need, and located in one of the best areas of Dubai. Service has been excellent — fast check-in, professional and kind communication, and quick support when needed. The cleaning team is amazing — always punctual and very thorough. We truly feel at home here. Highly recommended!
