Recently I visited dubai. We rented the apartment from BE OUR GUEST. The location was great, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay was the staff & the service provided. Mr. Zaid assisted us, he was very helpful and generous with his time and advice.

They mislead with click bait pictures. When asked about an apartment, they offered a completely different one. And when I asked to remove the ad as it was misleading, they responded unprofessionally. Such a waste of time and energy

Do not use this company. 2 days before we were due to fly to Dubai we received a text cancelling an airbnb booking we had made months ago. No reason was given and the landlord refused to take our calls. We complained to Be Our guest who said that they would investigate and call us back ; they have not called us back and airbnb say that they can do nothing.

We have been renting the same apartment in this company for two visits. All documentation was done quickly and clearly. Many thanks to our agent Chakib! In the apartment itself, all issues that arose were resolved instantly. One evening, our water heater started leaking. So the next morning we already had a new one installed. Chakib responds quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and does not leave clients alone facing problems. I'm certain that the next time we come I'll call that guy the first.

I highly recommend their service! No issues all went smooth. Apartments are cosy clean high standards. Everyone super helpful! I was in touch with Chaikb. Super professional person. Never had any issues. Always responding checking if all is fine. Definetely gonna use their service again!

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was super clean and the view was breathtaking during day and night! We have been greeted and welcomed by Marc, he was such a nice host, responsive and helpful!

Team is rude. Apartment nothing like u expect an apartment for 5k$. Experience ruined. Rent is overpriced for nothing. Be careful

The place is wonderful, one of the most beautiful spots in Dubai. It's clean, the view is amazing, and the service is comfortable, especially from Mr. Shakib. A special thanks for his professionalism and excellent service.

I visited Dubai recently and booked an apartment in dubai marina with BE OUR GUEST HOLIDAY HOMES and the service and ambiance were excellent. Mr. Zaid was very kind and helpful in assisting us with a comfortable stay.

A beautifully designed apartment in a very desirable location.It was a pleasure to stay here. Great location, convenient apartments, Zaid was very helpful.It was really five star service.Everyday free cleaning, changing towels, adding toiletries are provided.

Recently I visited Dubai on my vacations. Based on my friends suggestion I rented the Apartment from BE OUR GUEST. The location was really mesmerising and peaceful.The staff was very polite and helpful specially Mr. Zaid Dinware he guided us in the right way. overall I'll rate 10/10 for the services provided by the staff.
