We were very lucky to meet agent Svetlana. She offered us several townhouse options for a year, and we immediately chose one! Moreover, thanks to Svetlana, the townhouse owner agreed to wait three weeks for us to complete all the paperwork. I definitely recommend Svetlana; you're unlikely to find a better agent.

Working with Fayez El Daouk from Betterhomes Abu Dhabi was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Selling my townhouse in Al Zeina (E2-003) was far from straightforward. I live in the United States and was not residing in the UAE at the time of the sale, which created a number of unexpected complications — including not having a valid Emirates ID and having an outdated passport registered against the property. These are exactly the kinds of issues that can derail a transaction or significantly delay it. What truly set Fayez apart was his absolute ownership of these challenges. Before even listing the property, he took the initiative to guide — and quite literally drive — me to all the necessary government offices, ensuring that every issue was resolved properly and efficiently. This level of hands-on support is incredibly rare. Throughout the entire process, Fayez was consistently one step ahead. He anticipated potential obstacles before they arose, proactively solved problems, and navigated every stage of the transaction with precision and professionalism. His ability to think ahead gave me tremendous confidence that the sale was in the best possible hands. Beyond the sale itself, Fayez went above and beyond by helping secure a new rental property for our mother, perfectly aligned with the sales timeline — ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition for our family. In every sense, Fayez delivered exceptional service: knowledgeable, proactive, solution-oriented, and deeply committed to his clients. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Abu Dhabi who will truly go the extra mile (and then some), Fayez is the one.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with our real estate agent Imran Ellam from Betterhomes for the past three years, and the experience has been consistently excellent from start to finish. From helping us find our apartment in the first place to supporting us throughout our tenancy, he has always been responsive, professional, and proactive. Any questions or requests were handled promptly, and he made sure we had all the necessary information and documentation at every step. Most recently, he went above and beyond by assisting us with our contract extension and negotiating with the landlord on our behalf. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to stay in the community we love, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We truly appreciate his dedication, reliability, and support over the years, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient real estate agent.
