I had a great experience working with Kareem Zakaria during the process of buying our home. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and truly committed to helping us find the right place for our family. Kareem handled every step of the process with care and attention, making what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and well organized. He was always available to answer our questions, guide us through the details, and make sure everything moved forward without issues. Was misled by their agent Pippa when putting in EOI for purchase. Was told their agency has special relationship with developer and can get special pricing which was a lie as I discovered afterwards as ALL agents get same pricing on new release . Also knew I had funds tied up and needed extension on payment terms but was told this would be sorted afterwards and not to worry, luckily I checked and discovered this wasn't the case and I would have lost my EOI payment. Would not recommend this agency as sell using dishonest methods to lure you in. Go with reputable agencies when buying property in Dubai or at least one with integrity
