⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I recently recommended Blue Ocean Holiday Homes to a business associate of mine, and I was genuinely pleased to hear how impressed he was with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely well organized. The coordination was seamless, and every detail was handled with great care. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as promised. The overall impression was outstanding, making my recommendation something I’m truly happy about. A big thank you to the entire Blue Ocean Holiday Homes team for maintaining such high standards and delivering excellent service. Keep up the great work!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! I’ve had in Dubai renting a holiday home. After check-out, the company attempted to keep our deposit by sending an exaggerated list of damages with unreasonable prices. Some of the “damages” already existed before check-in, and we had photographic proof of that. Other charges were simply related to normal usage and basic maintenance. The whole situation became a complete nightmare. We tried to communicate normally and provided photos and proof, but it felt like nobody cared. Some staff members were also very rude and unprofessional during the process, which made the experience even worse. I would never rent from this company again and honestly would not recommend it to anyone. Please be careful and take photos/videos of absolutely everything if you decide to stay with them.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience with Blue Ocean Holiday Homes. I can’t advise it to no one! Extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. They refused to return our security deposit and provided a highly inflated “damage report” full of questionable charges. We requested proper evidence, contractor invoices, and before/after photos, but the entire process lacked transparency and professionalism. Very disappointing customer service and extremely stressful experience. Be very careful before renting with this company and make sure to document EVERYTHING from day one.

The service was terrible, he was always late, he changed his prices frequently—you'd talk to him about one price, and then he'd give you a different one. Plus, the apartment smelled awful.

BEWARE!!! Stayed with Blue Ocean for 3 months, apartment was not bad priced and had a few issues. The water unit flooded the bathroom and destroyed some of my stuff, the dishwasher flooded the apartment a few times which I thought ok, stuff happens... But the real sting was when they refused to pay back my deposit due to damages that they falsified. It's a shame they treat people like that during this time but hopefully people will be warned in the future and can avoid this company. We have a meeting with their "manager" but I feel like it's just a scam so beware all!! Now staying with a much better short term accommodation company!

I had a great stay at Bays Edge building. The apartment offered me a beautiful canal view and a very pleasant atmosphere, making a relaxing place to stay. The staff and team were very friendly, helpful, and professional which made the overall experience even better. I truly appreciate the hospitality Overall, a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it.

Don’t trust this company, I had many appartments for my guest and always payment on time never delay and paying extra for each app, last transaction was big and transferred in weekend and they have deposit and no over due amount, they stressed me out and forced me to pay extra per day- I canceled the transactions and I kept daily to find another appartment- imagine I asked for one day only as the check in was on the next day so they’d charged me 1500/-aed… And nothing was working on the app - toaster - Gaz - heater (nothing) 7 days they didn’t send any of their team… I check out today and till now I’m forcing them to return my deposit 😂😂😂 not recommended, so be careful when you deal with them.

I blocked from them appartemnt at Damac when I want to go they charge me so many things dammeg in the house even me I did not do it when I talk with Ashkar he said to me madam she say ruls like that they want only to take from me deposit for nothing they dont treat me good I go from the appartemnt I did not take 1 cartons I say to them I will com Bach at evening they troy everything when I call madam she say talk with Ashkar really I never see like that all my life and I was with them like 4 months all this to dont give me my deposit back And the appartemnt full cockroach 🪳

Im one of the old clients of this nice company. Actually what noticed that the company has a great staff can deal with the urgent situations. For a good example Mr. Akhil was very quick in solving situations despite it was late night by solving the problems personally. The problem was into tow parts and he could solve both parts in same time. He was polite, professional and productive. I congrats the company for hiring him.

I absolutely love the location, customer service and the agent that welcomed me and my family. We stay in Marina and none of us complained about anything. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it's was spacious and very clean and the price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend Blue Ocean Holiday homes. Get an amazing apartment with these guys! Super clean, everything new, had everything I needed! Also the building and area are both fantastic! Good pool and gym! Nice service! The accommodations were lovely and clean. It was like being a home away from home with all of the appliances. We cannot see ourselves staying anywhere different on our future trips to Dubai.
