The worst company I have ever worked with. As a property owner in Istanbul (contract number IST-1334), they failed to pay me three months' worth of rent and service charges. You cannot get hold of anyone by phone. Days later, they offer via email to pay only 20% of the outstanding debt. When I refuse, they tell me to go to court if I wish. An utterly untrustworthy company.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I do not recommend Blueground to anyone. According to the agreement, my security deposit was supposed to be refunded within 30 days. However, without my consent, Blueground unilaterally extended this period by an additional 40 days, meaning I am now expected to wait a total of 70 days. My deposit has still not been returned. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received a clear explanation or a definite refund date. This treatment of customers and failure to honor contractual obligations is unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Blueground to anyone.

After 36 days of leaving the apartment, Blueground still didnt refund my security deposit. Im still trying to get it refunded. I dont recommend Blueground.
