I paid AED 2,500 commission, AED 1,500 deposit, AED 6,000 rent, plus AED 425 tax and AED 300 office fees. In total, I paid almost AED 11,000 and stayed for only one month. In the middle of summer, they increased the rent to AED 7,000 without proper notice. When I asked them not to raise the price, they rudely told me that if I didn’t like it, I could move out. I eventually found another place and moved out. Later, I saw the same studio advertised on Dubizzle for AED 5,500, which was very disappointing. It felt like they only cared about collecting commissions rather than treating customers fairly. This holiday home does not deserve 1 star. Nigar Iftikhar was very friendly until the payment was made, but the service afterward was disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
