Looks like nothing has changed since Antonio Velasco Aranda review. The worst company I have ever dealt with in a long time. Their management are appalling and not once apologized for all the mishaps. Everything Antonio mentioned happed to us, plus they hadn't a clue about the Tawtheeq process. In the end, I managed to figure it out by myself. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company at all costs - not worth the hassle.

Personal opinion. Worst company for valuation. Avoid them. A waste of money. Look for an alternative.

They were supposed to hand over to us a rented property, but they did not turn up for the appointment. After a few hours of waiting they turned up, but none of the maintenance they were supposed to do had been carried out and the flat was not clean as promised. They falsely claimed they were not aware of the appointment. They eventually turned up a few hours later with 2 persons to do the pending maintenance. The workers were unprofessional, one of them was wearing a Chestertons t-shirt but after a couple of questions from a real Chestertons employee, he recognized he was not an employee, this was a very surreal situation that speaks about their lack of professionalism. As these people were running around and painting, they caused disruption to the 3rd party team I had paid to do deep cleaning a few hours later (I could not imagine that any of this would happen). After wasting many hours in my new house they only managed to change 1 light bulb of the 4 that needed to be changed. Plus they left a big mess in my kitchen after the deep cleaning was finished. Even if they had eventually not done a single thing right, the took my money and ran, not bothering to reply to my complaints. This was a very stressful experience with terrible customer care.
