I want to share my experience working with Winnie at Coldwell Banker because she truly went above and beyond for us. We were trying to rent out our apartment in a really tough market where most owners were struggling to find tenants at a fair price. While other agents just gave us the usual sales talk, Winnie was different. She was totally sincere and gave us honest advice that was actually in our best interest, not just hers. What really stood out was how hard she worked. She was super active and professional, and she managed to get our property rented out in quick time. Plus, she is incredibly quick to respond—I never had to wonder what was going on because she kept us in the loop the whole time. If you’re looking for someone who is hardworking, honest, and actually gets results, you should definitely reach out to Winnie. She made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Honestly, one of the worst realtor experiences I’ve ever had in Dubai. Dipendra is just full of himself, arrogant, dismissive, and always trying to twist things around to suit his side. He’ll talk like he knows everything, but when things go wrong, he’ll dodge accountability or pretend it’s someone else’s fault. Make sure you keep all your chats saved (WhatsApp especially), because he tends to change his story when cornered. Trust me, dealing with him is nothing but stress. There are so many better agents out there, don’t waste your time with this one.

Unprofessional and poor communication. The agent didn’t bother to introduce himself and ignored my initial question about availability, choosing instead to ask something else he decided was more important. When I asked again, he confirmed the unit was available and said he would check if the owner had received a deposit. Since then, I’ve had no follow-up or update. In such a competitive Dubai real estate market, this lack of basic professionalism and communication is a clear example of how not to gain business.
